can anyone explain the motion of an electron against the electric field??

electric field is basically the effect/influence region created by the flow of electrons(current) for a charged species so electon is -vely charged so wen u keep an electron near a negt\ative charged species then the electric field id gonna look something like this(sucking in=== to remember) |dw:1334239918701:dw| those are the electric field lines so the electron is gonna get repelled and moves opposite direction of the field line (tangential to any point u keep it on the field) away from the field lines
