2x^2+8x+8 factor

OpenStudy (anonymous):

make it easier and factor out the common factor of 2 first, start with \(2(x^2+4x+4)\) then the second part is to recognize that \(x^2+4x+4\) is a perfect square, namely \((x+2)^2\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so our "final answer" is \(2(x+2)^2\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 2(x^2+4x+4) :/

And you could simplify like satellite73 :)
