can 3m^2 + 6mn + 7m + 14 be factored by grouping? how and why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3m(m+2n) + 7(m+2)

Parth (parthkohli):

It is because the first two terms have a common factor(3m) and the last also have (7). We can say that we can group the first two and the last two. 3m(m + 2n) + 7(m + 2)
