So in this type of problem with a basic polynomial you need to find the dominating degree. In this case, the numerator's degree would be 4, while the denominator's degree is 3. x^4/x^3 is just x. The limit of x as x goes to infinity is just infiniti. Whenever a limit goes to infinity, by definition it does not converge on any number, meaning that it doesn't exist.
