The mass of nitric acid in 28.2cm cubed is 0.178g. Nitric Acid and sodium hydroxide react in the following equation : HNO3 + NaOH -> NaNO3 + H2O The relative formula mass of nitric acid is 63 and the relative formula mass for sodium hydroxide is 40. Calculate the mass of sodium hydroxide in 25.0cm3 of the sodium hydroxide solution, and hence find the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution in g/dm cubed.
