write an equation of the line containing the given point and parallel to the given line (9,-3); 9x-2y=3

The answe I got for this was y= (9/2)x+(87/2) is this correct or am I doing some thing wrong please help

I got exactly the same thing except I got \[y=\frac92x-\frac{87}{2}\]
