@nbarocksstc , just like this.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the "find the length" problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it is that one, your circle has radius 3 and so the entire circumference is \(2\pi r=6\pi\)

OpenStudy (paxpolaris):

why ask twice? http://openstudy.com/users/nbarocksstc#/updates/4fceac1ce4b0c6963ad9b64c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm new to this, sorry. I was confused.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Why you NO get what Pax said? :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you are only taking a portion of it. what portion? 60 degrees is \(\frac{1}{6}\) of the total 360 degrees, so you have \(\frac{1}{6}\times 6\pi =\pi\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think that is right, makes sense to me anyway

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what would the answer be?
