How to graph, y=-3/4x -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The -1 tells us that the line will go through the point (0, -1) as the new origin. From the point (0, -1), go down three and 4 to the right, plot a point. Another 3 down, and another 4 right, and plot a point. Now, from the starting point, go up 3 and left 4, plot a point. Repeat the step. Connect the points.

This is a straight line graph, so pick random points for x and plug them into your equation to get your y points. Set x=0 to find your y intercepts then set y=0 to find your x intercepts and then you can graph it.
