How does the location of DNA in animal cells compare to DNA's location in plant cells? Animal cells have DNA in their nuclei and mitochondria, while plant cells have it in their nuclei, mitochondria, and chloroplasts. Animal cells have DNA in their nuclei, while plant cells have it in their nuclei and chloroplasts. Animal cells have all their DNA in their nuclei while plant cells have all of theirs in their chloroplasts. Animal cells have DNA in their nuclei and cell cytoplasm, while plant cells have it in their nuclei, ribosomes, and chloroplasts.

All nuclei and mitochondria contain DNA in both types of cells I'm pretty sure the only other organelle to contain DNA is chloroplasts

thank you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup, from what @snowflakepixie said I'm sure it's Animal cells have DNA in their nuclei and mitochondria, while plant cells have it in their nuclei, mitochondria, and chloroplasts. Because mitochondria and chloroplasts have DNA to code for proteins for respiration and photosynthesis respectively.
