Actually... speaking technically water moves in specific directions in ALL of these. The question is asking you which moves the least direction and magnitude. Eliminate those that definitely move more or less in the same vector like evaporation and precipitation and you're already at 50/50

Transpiration is what plants do, namely trees. Water comes up from the roots and excess transpires out the leaves (although cactus plants minimize this). Condensation is where water vapor already at a temperature low enough to turn back into liquid coalesces around a particulate of some kind.
