Did you mean m<CDA = 11 degrees? It doesn't look like an 11 degree angle though the figure could be not to scale. It's more reasonable if m<CDA = 30 degrees. Either way, since <CDA and <CBA are both inscribed angles and both intercept arc AC, they're congruent. Hence m<CBA = 11 degrees.
