-I need to fill in the missing row of the truth table. -And are the two statements logically equivalent?

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

Okay. The converse is the equivalent of the inverse. The countrapositive is the equiv of the original statement.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um? :p

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

Okay: original statement If a, then b. Converse: If b, then a. Inverse: If NOT a, then NOT b. Countrapositive: If NOT b, then NOT a. Note the order. Very important.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I understand the terms. I don't understand how it gets me the answer though haha

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

I understand the logic. I forget the notation completely.

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

I got it. Okay, you are missing for that table False P and True Q

OpenStudy (queelius):

Missing a p = F, q = T. Now, one by one, go through the columns, e.q., ~q = ~F = T, p AND q = F AND T = F, etc... Try it, then get back to us. Note: I don't know what you're asking for with respect to equivalency. Are what to logical propositions equivalent, exactly?

OpenStudy (inkyvoyd):

If the hypothesis is false and the result is true...
