For Some reason I got this wrong, Please some check it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 9?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

9 or negative 9?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what did you enter?

mathslover (mathslover):

You must know that the sum of the angles on the same side of the parallels .. are supplementary

mathslover (mathslover):

that is here : (5x+13)+(3x-5)=180

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-9 I mean..

mathslover (mathslover):

can u solve it now ? 9 or -9 both are not right "sorry to say"

mathslover (mathslover):

also -9 can not be the answer since : 3x-5 =-32 if x = -9 and an angle can not be negative here

mathslover (mathslover):

by the way lemme come to the point : what r u getting as answer by solving (5x+13)+(3x-5)=180 for x?

mathslover (mathslover):

@Trexy ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

also, is that top angle 5x+13 or is it 5x+17?

mathslover (mathslover):

I am sure that is is 5x+13 ..according to the given figure .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im sure that 5x-13

mathslover (mathslover):

but @Trexy the fig. shows that it is 5x+13

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the wayy i solve it its wrong?

mathslover (mathslover):

May i know how u solved ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait nevermind then. I got 4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mathslover thanks btw.. i just didnt see
