you have to somehow account for the conc due to water ionization also

pH will be 7.21 because, in 1 litre, \(10^{-7}\) moles of \(OH^-\) will be brought by NaOH, and a little more by water through its self-ionization reaction, that you mentioned earlier: \(2H_2O=H_3O^++OH^-\)
