Is it possible for a limit to have more than one horizontal asymptote? Why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a limit is a number, not an asymptote

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not exactly, considering that infinity is not a number, but rather something without limit.

so considering that the limit is infinity.... does it that indicate it is a number? No. A limit is where the graph is constricted. An asymptote has a similar purpose. This question, i did not create myself. Considering there is at most 1 horizontal asymptote (possibly more... idk), a limit.. yes... can have asymptotes. In the question, it states HAVE asymptotes.. Not IS one
