same as the previous one we did \[2*s ^{1/2}*t ^{3/2}*s ^{1/2}*t ^{1/3} \]
simplify using y^a * y^b = y^(a+b)

no, s and t are different bases... you can't combine the exponents like that. Use the rule I gave you to simplify the exponents on s *and* the exponents on t separately
