how do you type out the greater than sign???
3 > 1
it's not shift + comma for you?
< or > just copy and paste it :)
or latex \lt\[\lt\]
for me it's right beside the m and press shirt < and the other sign is on the other side >
yes, above the comma shift + comma=< perhaps @Hollywood_chrissy has a foreign keyboard
non-US I mean
On a US keyboard, it is shift-. for > , and shift-, for <.
I have a canada keyboard, not sure if it's the same thing....
you said next to the m, so I would guess so since comma is next to m
what about greater then and equal too?
Canada-French is different. Canada-English is almost the same as US.
that can't be typed by most keyboards, you have to use latex \ge\[\ge\]
Write >= to be simple, otherwise use latex codes.
some people type >= like in programming
oh, little late :P
:) more like simultaneous.
I'm not quite sure...
@banabread12345 about what?
Me and Banana have the same keyboard we're neighbors.... I'm pretty sure it's similar to the US keyboard or the same...
thanks guys.
@Elliebear By keyboard, we mean the setting, not necessarily the brand.
what about less than and equal to @Gravion
Less than is < or > depending on the number it could be 3<2 or 2<3 and the equal sign is beside the 0 :)
@Mathmate that is true. But it could also very well be the brand also. For example my brand is Lenovo but my mom's brand is Bell and we have the same keyboard. But my brother also has lenovo and he has a different keyboard so it could go both ways =)
if you want to use a keyboard for less that or equal to, the programmers way is <= if you want to use latex it's \le\[\le\]
@EllieBear Thank you for clarifying, just wanted to be sure! :)
