well that looks like an absolute value graph. So you start with y = \[\left| x \right|\]
it shifted to the right 5 units
and up 5 units
y=\[\left| x-5 \right|+5\]
It looks like it's only shifted up by 2, but the axes aren't labeled, so maybe I'm just missing the measurement scale.

so y=\[2\left| x-5 \right|+2\]
if you plugged 4 in, you would get 2(1)+2 = 4 :)
