is angular displacement a vector quantity?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

scalar..cuz it does not follow the law of vector addition

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then how is angular velocity a vector ?? angular vel is the 1st order time derivative of angular disp , so if angular disp is not a vector , then how is angluar vel???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is a pseudo vector

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not a vector quantity for further info see praveen tyagis video on youtube

OpenStudy (anonymous):

average angular displacement over an appreciable interval of time is scalar but instantaneous angular displacement is a vector.

OpenStudy (endangsuwandi):

I think angular displacement is a vector quantity, because it has direction.
