how does a compressed spring have acceleration.

Compressed spring doesn't have acceleration. But it can cause acceleration. If the amount of compression is \(\Delta\)x, and spring constant is c, it can cause acceleration of amount: a=F/m=k\(\Delta\)x/m

when it is compressed it has maximum acceleration. when it starts to move and reaches equalibrium it has zero acceleration. how and why

in second case its (spring) force transfers into another object so it has zero acc. when an object gives force to another object, the second object gain energy but the first object loses energy. that is why, spring loses energy and cause zero accleration
