How to find the ordered pair for y=-4x+3? I missed my notes and I'm kind of confused, can someone help me lean towards solving it?

is this the slope-intercept thing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are there any points given? such as (3, ), (4, )?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just (x,0) and (y,0).

Okay , so basically, you just substitute x for any value. For example: (1, 0) (2, 0) (3, 0) notice that the only numbers that has a value is on the x side and not the y since your equation is looking for the y. So, substitute 1, 2, and 3 to x and you'll be able to find your ordered pairs.
