isolate the r by dividing 5 to both sides:
\(\large 5r=1 \)
\(\large \frac{5r}{5}=\frac{1}{5} \)
\(\large \frac{\cancel5r}{\cancel5}=\frac{1}{5} \)
\(\large r=\frac{1}{5} \)
