OpenStudy (anonymous):

Please! Its for an algebra homework that I dont get AT ALL!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\(\large 5r - \frac{1}{5}=\frac{4}{5} \) \(\large 5r - \frac{1}{5}\color {red}{+\frac{1}{5}}=\frac{4}{5}\color {red}{+\frac{1}{5}} \) \(\large 5r=\frac{5}{5} \) \(\large 5r=1 \) can you take it from here?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ummm....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

isolate the r by dividing 5 to both sides: \(\large 5r=1 \) \(\large \frac{5r}{5}=\frac{1}{5} \) \(\large \frac{\cancel5r}{\cancel5}=\frac{1}{5} \) \(\large r=\frac{1}{5} \)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was just commenting on how you said "Please help me.." while other don't ..... :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're a girl, right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So 1/5-1/5= 4/5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"1/5-1/5= 4/5" no... where did this come from? and the green owl would be wearing a skirt if it wasn't a cartoon.... :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nevermind..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5R - 1/5 = 4/5 5R = 4/5 + 1/5 R = 1/5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

THANKS, both of you,,,

OpenStudy (anonymous):
