Still?

I have the azimuths but not sure if my bearings are correct? i just need a quick check
@krissywatts, bearing means azimuth. It is an acute angle measured with respect to the North-South line.
Therefore B, C, E, and H above would be proper; however J is incorrect.
Remember: Azimuth is always measured clockwise from North. Bearing is measured from either North or South in the direction of East or West.
Do you understand?
for Ab's azimuth i get 35 degress42' and bearing same. CD i get 140.65 for azimuth and bearing 50 degrees 39'. Ef azimuth i get 208.316 and bearing 28 degrees19'. HG iazmiuth i get 293.4 and bearing 66 degrees36'. For IJ azimuth i get 54.3 and bearing 35 degrees 42'?
i understand the first page of my work, yes.
Good job!
all of this is correct?
I just double checked and yes, perfect except IJ. Can you double check your work please?
@krissywatts, are you still there? Do you understand your mistake for IJ?
Refer to your answer for AB, to perhaps understand your error in IJ.
yes i can , and yes i'm still here my computer just dropped out for a minute.
what's wrong with IJ?
Do you see what you did wrong? For IJ, if the azimuth is 54. 3 degrees (measured clockwise from the North) and the bearing is measured with respect to the North-South line, then shouldn't the bearing equal the azimuth? You measured the bearing with respect to the East-West line, which is incorrect. Look at your diagram for IJ. It's not right.
is IJ 144.3 for azimuth and bearing 35 degrees42'?
Oh! I think you confused me. Are the drawings the actual questions or did you make up those drawings or are thy part of a solution?
they are the actual questions
Oh, my sincere apologies! I thought they were something you just drew to understand how to draw azimuths and bearings. OK, then yes your first reply was perfect for all 5 questions.
Does that help?
lol, okay thanks for helping me check them.
yes
Good, I'm glad!
