alright, so y = 8x - 7. they give you the values for x and all you have to do is substitute that value into the equation. so for the first one: y = 8(0) - 7

if they gave you x = 0, and you just found out that y = -7, then the coordinate would be (0,-7) because all coordinates are setup as (x,y)
