predator - an animal that preys on others parasite - lives in other organism (its host) and benefits nutrients.

Yeah, that's right. Parasites are usually much smaller than their hosts. Parasitism is a type of "symbiosis." "Symbiosis" is a long term relationship between two or more species. On the other hand, I don't think that the relationship between a predator and its prey is often very long term.
