what is the solution for y=2x x+y=0, is it (0,0)?

Parth (parthkohli):

You can use substitution. Since \(\rm y = 2x\),\[\rm x + 2x = 0 \]so\[\rm 3x = 0\]which implies\[x = 0\]

Parth (parthkohli):

Yes, it is (0,0)!
