double integral help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\int\limits_{0}^{1} \int\limits_{5y}^{5} e^(x^2)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that should be e^(x^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are we integrating ti by? dx? dy? dr? dz? etc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh sorry dx dy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

start by just focusing on the dx integration ignore the dy until after you've solved for dx it looks like a u substitution, then a integration by parts

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i keep getting 190,000 which cant be right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why not?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because my online homework says its not lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry, not actually doing the problems, i just look at them and see if i can give the steps to them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

id imagine the integration would be tedious

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm not sure what im doing wrong
