OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (hba):

It Completely Depends Brandon,To Be The Best You Dont Have To Fool Around, You Jus Have to Work Hard And Hard And One Day You Will Achieve Success :)

That's The Reason They Are Studying,Grammar Nazi :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ CliffSedge: You commented on the lack of proper sentences, yet, you have hyphenated words unnecessarily, and your sentence is passive. @ brandon: Do not strive to "be the best." Strive to DO your best. That is all anyone can ask of you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is nothing wrong with the passive voice, and the hyphen is correct (necessary or not). @hba Please study how capitalizing every word in a sentence is never correct. If we were in the Mathematics section, and you said that 21÷7 = 4, and I said, "no, actually, it is 3," would you call me a 'Math Nazi?'

Well, this is interesting: http://www.grammarmudge.cityslide.com/articles/article/426348/2805.htm "Do not use a hyphen after an adverb ending with -ly. Examples: a carefully planned project, a recently discovered virus, a fully automated system. (Note that the -ly adverbs are movable or switchable: e.g., a project planned carefully, a virus discovered recently, a system that is automated fully.)
