can u explain how u got it
tor on Q=foorce*distance 3=f*0.1(100mm=0.1) f=3/0.1 f=30 this is force on Q as friction neglegible f on P =force on Q tor p=f*distance tor=30N*0.15m (150mm=0.15m) tor=4.5Nm may be i am wrong
tension is 60N

we hve learnt only torque formula, and the moment formula is = force * perpendicular distance for the pivot
@03225186213 I think we have to use radius instead of diameter and i got 60N by this..
why did u take radius?
im not sure let someone correct this...
You use radius for sure, because torque is based off the lever arm. It's mounted at the center and you apply torque at the outer ends of the pulley.
Think of it like a door. The hinges are at the center of a circle that the door sweeps out when you push it.
