Given b=-2 and h=4 What is the equation of the graph if the parent function is y=SQRT X? assuming u meant the b as base as x = -2 , and the h as height as y = 4 x = -2 ===> horizontal translation y = 4 ===> vertical translation y = √(x) <===== parent function y = √(x + 2) + 4

ideally it should be \[ \sqrt{\left( x-4 \right)} + 1\] but theres no such option, so i am not very sure, sorry
