Okay. For this you want to simply what is INSIDE the square root first. We know that 63 is 9 times 7 and x^15/x = x^14, and y^9/y^11 = 1/y^2 by exponent rules. So, inside the bracket we are left with 9x^14/y^2 Take square root of each value as you can. 9 square root = 3 So take 3 outside, x^14/y^2 cannot be simplied, so leave them as they are. The final answer is 3 SquareRoot (x^14/y^2)
