Factor completely. Remember to look first for a common factor and to check by multiplying. If a polynomial is prime, state this xᶾ+24x²+144x

Looks exciting ;P. First, factor an x out. x(x^2+24x+144) Now, you can factor x^2+24x+144 further, since 12+12 equals 24, and 12*12 equals 144 x(x+12)(x+12) , or you can also write this as x(x+12)^2

If you dont quite understand any of the steps I took, feel free to ask - or googling "factoring perfect square trinomials" may help.

thank you
