Could someone check my answer to this question (I'll first post the question, and then, in another post, I'll post my answer), to make sure that I did this correctly? "2. A value of r = 0.851 shows that there is very little linear relationship between the two variables being compared."

This statement is false. With a value of r = 0.851, this scatter plot has a strong positive linear correlation (relationship) between the two variables being compared (this is because “r” is almost equal to 1). If a scatter plot had very little linear relationship between the two variables being compared, “r” would have to have a positive (or, possibly, it could have a negative value, if our textbook told us what the “r” value would be) value of about 0.45.
