hi yummy help plz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@JakeV8 hey can u still help real quick?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jayz657 plz look at both images on the photobucket link above

OpenStudy (anonymous):

help me i beg u ill fan u

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the first pic your given width = 120yds and legnth= 53 yds its asking how much yards did they run so they are asking for perimeter perimeter = 2length + 2width perimeter = 2(120) + 2(53) perimeter = 240 + 106 = 346yards for 1 lap they ran 30 laps so you multiply that by 30 so 30(346) = 10380 yards is the total dist they ran

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmmm...ok can you tell me what to put in each square? abd is this problem no.4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mark_o.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that was number 7 figure = rectangle formula needed = perimeter measurement to find = yards what dimension = 120 by 53 key words= 30 laps, how many yards did the team ran units = yards

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh tnx let me write that real quick

OpenStudy (anonymous):

done

OpenStudy (anonymous):

number 8 figure = cylinder formula need = volume of cylinder measurement to find = cubic centimeter what dimension = 3 dimension? <- have someone else chekc on this key words = anything that has a number in it units = cubic centimeter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

writes thank uuu

OpenStudy (anonymous):

number 4 figure = cylinder formula needed = volume of cylinder measurement to find = cubic inches what dimesion= 3 dimension? key words = anyhting that has numbers with it units = inches

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tnxxx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

finally number 5 figure = circle formula needed = circumference measurement to find = feet what dimension = 2 dimension? key wordds = anything that has a number with it units = feet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tnx and six?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

six is the last one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for 6 figure = rectangle formula needed = area mmeasurement to find = feet what dimention = 2d? key words = anything that has a number with it units = feet

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there you go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tnx!!!!! ur awesome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np glad to help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

rewards:fan+medal:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

np:) u deserved both:) n a million more medals:)

oh jayz an unsharpened pencil has a hexagon base with an area 54 mm^2 and length of 200 mm. disregarding the lead, how much wood is needed to create the pencil?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jayz657

OpenStudy (anonymous):

8) the formula for volume in cubic cm, V= pi r^2 h V=pi(2)^2 (30)= ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh its like the rest... key words, units..etc not actually answering it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but, can u help me find those things in thiis problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

an unsharpened pencil has a hexagon base with an area 54 mm^2 and length of 200 mm. disregarding the lead, how much wood is needed to create the pencil?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4) given h=4.5 inch diameter d=2.5 inch, its radius r=? r=d/2= 2.5/2 inch vol V= pi(r)^2 h V=pi(2.5/2)^2 (4.5)=____? cubic inch

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but can you please help me find those specific things in the problem about the pencil?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like thenunits,dimension,key words,etc?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hi jayz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

help please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I beg of you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5) |dw:1352228533296:dw| circle circumference C=pi d, since we only need half C=pid/2 total perimeter needed P= semicircle C+d = (pi*d/.2) +2.25 = (pi*2.25/2)+2.25 =---?ft.
