Give the missing reasons in this proof of the Alternate Interior Angles Theorem. a._______ b._________ c.___________
So basically, are they asking what the angle names are?
i guess so... i honestly didnt even see the other picture till now ;p
I'm gonna give my best guess because the question is a little weird. 2) Definition of congruent angles. 3) Vertical Angles 4) Alternate interior Angles. And where it says poof <4 = <6 then say "Proof of Alternate Interior Angles" That is my best guess. It has been a while since I did that.
*prove
awesome thank you, maybe one more yuo can help me with ? (:
yeah sure.
aweomse
awesome lol hold on a sec
State the missing reasons in this flow proof.
Pretty good @Hendrixsrv , but your reason for #1 is not correct.
Yeah, it's been a while since i've done these problems. If you it, tell her because I'm rusty with my geometry haha
a. b. c. d. e.
lol thank you guys(:
give me a sec to look at the chart.
okay im going to smoke a cancer stick.. you guys help me figure this out while im gone, and i will be back in 5 mins lol. dont go anywhere !!
|dw:1352437491096:dw| The following angle pairs are supplementary by linear pair theorem: 1 and 3 1 and 2 3 and 4 2 and 4 5 and 7 5 and 6 7 and 8 6 and 8 The following are pairs of vertical angles (and are congruent): 1 and 4 2 and 3 5 and 8 6 and 7 The following pairs are corresponding (and are congruent) 1 and 5 2 and 6 3 and 7 4 and 8 The following pairs are alternate interior (and are congruent): 2 and 7 4 and 5 The following are consecutive interior (and are supplementary): 2 and 5 4 and 7 You should be able to find the alternate exterior (which are congruent), and the consecutive exterior pairs as well (which are supplementary.)
Yeah, the last question is vague to me. I don't know what to put on the lines. Can you help @CliffSedge ?
okay im back. i appreciate you guys helping me i've seriously been on this for two hours, now im gonna read everything youguys haev posted thus far
so what would angle 6 and 4 be?
@Hendrixsrv , I don't fill in blanks or choose from multiple choice answers. I only provide theorems and reasoning. It is up to bishop to use the information appropriately.
:) well @CliffSedge good strategy...I like it much......
but it is time tacking.. but it worth a lot!
@rosh007 , I agree. It is worth the extra effort to really study something and understand it.
