Why is it important for scientist to repeat an experiment several times?

to prove that it's right more then once makes it certan.

If you do an experiment once, and get a result, and then you try to do the experiment the EXACT same way again, but get a different result, then that means that there was a flaw, in your experiment. It's important for us to get the same result, every time we do the experiment. That way, we know that there is a solid relationship between the independent variable, and the dependent variable, in our experiment. God I hope you know what variables are.
