The first one needa to be an alternative to 'I'm not good' which could be 'Estoy mal'
The second one needs to be an alternative to 'i'm excited' which could be 'Estoy excitado' or something along the lines of 'No estoy aburrido, no estoy poder a esperar' which would mean I'm not bored, I cannot wait.
