Let me tell you what comparatives are, with examples. ~~~~~~~~ First, take a look at these groups of words: Good, Better, Best Bad, Worse, Worst Tall, Taller, Tallest Short, Shorter, Shortest ~~~~~~~~ Do you see how the intensity of each of the adjectives grows, as we go along each level? The FIRST level is the ADJECTIVE. (Example: Good) The SECOND level is the COMPARATIVE. (Example: Better) The THIRD level is the SUPERLATIVE. (Example: Best) ~~~~~~~~~ So now, let's go back to the question. We have to find the COMPARATIVE of "malo." "Malo" means "bad." So, let's do this in English, first. Bad >> Worse >> Worst You see? Again, the SECOND level is the COMPARATIVE. So, we have to come up with the Spanish word for "worse." And that would be "peor."

Yeah, you are right!!! I was a little confused because in spanish the comparatives and superlatives for "bad" and "good" are almost the same. So, the comparative for "malo" would be "peor que" and the superlaive would be "el peor". And for "good" the comparative would be "mejor que" and the superlative "el mejor". Thanks a lot for pointing out my mistake!!
