can i paraphrase "provide longtime relationships" into "put relationships in a long run"? english is my second language, don't judge me)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm sorry, what does it mean to "provide longtime relationships"?

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

Provide long-term relationships can be worded as: 1) Execute long-term relationships 2) Give long-term relationships As for putting long-term relationships in long-run, that phrase would be considered a double negative. It is long-term and long-run that are equivalent, so you only need one. Also, you would not put relationships in long-runs.
