■DNA ■mRNA ■RNA polymerase ■base pairing ■transcription ■translation ■tRNA ■rRNA ■ribosomes ■amino acids can someone describe these to me please?
All of those?
haha yeahhh :/
Hmm... I've answered the ones I'm confident on. ■DNA: Deoxyribo nucleic acid. It basically contains all the genetic material. ■base pairing: Bases, the nitrogenous ones, pairing with one another. It's the rule that makes Adenine and Thymine always bond, and Cytosine and Guanine do so as well. ■ribosomes: This one's pretty easy to find on google.... ■amino acids: They're the monomers, or subunits, of proteins.
Also, DNA is a double helix of alternating phosphate groups and 5 carbon sugars, deoxyribose. (RNA is made with Ribose, a five carbon sugar that is not deoxygenated.) The rungs of the ladder are made of Adenine, Thymine Guanine, and Cytosine, the nitrogenous bases.
Hope that all helps!
thank you
