This is too easy to be asked here. so lazy!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If im asking for help is because i dont know imnot lazy i want someone to explain it to me to learn if you dont want to help me the dont ik someone will help me trough it!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry Viviana, I meant I was lazy (not you). I'm happy to teach you a brilliant way to solve all these kind of problems related to conversion. There's an easy trick. Are we cool?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes were cool :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

unit rate of speed is metres/ seconds

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what you have here is 20 miles/ 5 hours

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all you need to do is to keep multiplying 20 miles/ 5 hour with 1 until you get your desired unit

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let me show with a pic example

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cool

OpenStudy (anonymous):

here you go! are you confident to do the rest?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes thank you so much!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so #2 would be 42 gal/7 min

OpenStudy (anonymous):

every country has their own unit systems. Unit rate of volume is m^3/ s according to English system. This allows me to ask you... Where are you from?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you are from US where I think the unit rate of volume is gal, then the answer will be 6 gal/ min

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have to know what are the unit rates for length, time and mass. Also, you have to get the lowest fraction as answer. 1764 gal per 36 seconds is same as 42 gal per 6 seconds which is same as 7 gal per seconds. Much better to say 7 gal/ s (which is the simplest form)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oooo okay!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you have any other doubt related to the problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no im good thanks !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

good luck. bye and sorry for the misunderstanding earlier. It sounded impolite, wasn''t meant to be :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you and it's fine dont worry were cooler the a ice! Lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but not as cool as liquid nitrogen :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cooler then a liquid nitrogen too!
