A 52 kg water skier is being pulled by a speedboat. The force causes her to accelerate @ 2 m/s². How do i calculate theFORCE that causes the acceleration

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Visualize this: a mass is moved with a constant acceleration. Mass times acceleration gives force. Mass in kg and acceleration in m/s^2 multiplied gives newtons.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If acceleration is zero (0), then there is NO force present, the same as if there is NO mass.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If the mass is at rest, you need to provide some force and by doing so the mass acquires acceleration.

is it like this?? +simply multiply the two to get the force in N???
