its not tellin me three ratios equal to 5/6

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

If you multiply the numerator and denominator of a fraction by the same number, you get an equivalent fraction. Pick three numbers, and for each one, multiply the numerator and denominator of 5/6 by that number. Each one will give you an equivalent fraction which is an equal ratio.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

For example, if you were given the ratio 7/8, use 2, 3, and 4. You'd get: 14/16, 21/24, 28/32 Now do it with your ratio, 5/6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First, i would try reducing the fraction. This isnt possible with 5/6, because 5 is prime. However, you can multiply by the same number on the top and bottom t also get equivalent ratios/fractions. Example:|dw:1357687333535:dw|
