what were the only two European countries Hitler did not take over in WW2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

He began by forcing Austria to join Germany as one country, then he annexed the Sudetenland districts of Czechoslovakia in 1938. After this, he invaded Czechoslovakia and Poland in 1939. Then, in 1940, he marched in Denmark, Norway, France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. In early 1941, he invadded the USSR and seized Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Western Russia before finally being pushed back from Moscow due to a horrid winter. in 1942, he then attempted to invade the Suez Canal & the middle east, but German forces were pushed back. Also, thru the entire war, he tried to take over Britan with air raids. That's about it in a nutshell. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090113192942AAkc3oe

There were actually more than just two countries that Hitler didn't take over. Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal were all neutral European countries that did not become part of the Reich. England was attacked by Hitler, but he failed to break the RAF and canceled his plans to attack it by sea. Ireland was another country that he didn't add to his empire, either, as it kept itself neutral.
