Answer is D. You can see from the graph you provided that the only point of intersection where the x value is greater than 1 is that of the last two equations.

The "solution" of two equations is a point that satisfies both equation. When you plot these equations, the graphs will cross at this point, the point of intersection. The question is asking which of these points of intersection has an x value greater than 1. You can do the calculation to figure it out, but just looking at the graphs you can already see the only point of intersection with an x value greater than 1 is the one of the equations in option D. Hopefully that's clear...
