Is the following sentences punctuated correctly. 1.They are, one might say, true believers’. 2.. I told you Jesse, never to ask me that question again. 3.It is drizzling, not pouring. 4.If you want to leave, I will not stop you.

They look correct to me except I think there is also suppose to be a comma before Jesse on number 2. I may be wrong though.
