I tried this once:P but the answer I came out with wasn't right: M is the midpoint of segment AB. Find the coordinates of B given A(-5,1) and M(-2,4). Use the formula for this which is: (to find the x coordinate of B) x-coordinate of M = x-coordinate of A + x-coordinate of B /2 (to find the y coordinate of B) y-coordinate of M = y-coordinate of A + y-coordinate of B /2
\[To Solve For The X-coordinate Of B: -2 = \frac{ -5 + x }{ 2 }\] \[ToSolveForTheY-CoordinateOfB: 4 = \frac{ 1 + y }{2}\]

You can use graph paper to find the coordinates of B
Since AB is a line segment, the slope of AM = Slope of MB

Well, that would be a good start. If you use graph paper, you would be able to figure out the points. Then after that, you could use the midpoint formula easily, since you'd already know the coordinates of B.
