you have not provided an equation to work with, however I'll tell you how to solve it anyway
to solve for y given an x value you simply plug in the x value into the equation and solve which will give you y
example:
\[y=3x+5~~\text{Solve for} ~y \text{ when}~ x=2\]plug in the given x value:\[y=3\color{red}{x}+5\]\[y=3\color{red}{(2)}+5\]\[y=\color{red}{6}+5\]\[y=11\]
Apply th same rules to the equation you have and the rules specified
