I dont remember the question precisely but will someone help me with this projectile problem..ill wrote what i remember

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says that a stone is thrown vertically upward what at time to wait before dropping another stone from a tower which they'll meet 60 m below the tower?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:P.. i could hardly make out anything :D..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh wait..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i think this is the question What should be the velocity with which a stone has to be vertically projected... such that.. when another stone is simultaneously dropped from the top of a tower ...... m high, they meet at a point 60m below the top of the toper... so i need the height to solve this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=180 m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there.. thats the height.. ok.. so this is one dimensional motion.. all you gotta use is the equation of motion!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the stone throen vertically upward is a velocity of 90m/s

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh!??!?.. that what are you supposed to find out??? :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

uhm sorry i really cant remmeber.so maybe you are right... O.o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol if my question is right.. then i can help you solve it.. !! its concept that matters right anyways ;-)
