A student at Harvard named Kevin Was counting his stones by 11 He messed up n times And instead counted 9s And wound up at 2007. How many values of n could make this limerick true?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do u mean by values??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it means like how many times he could have messed up in order for the counting to add up to 2007 anyways

OpenStudy (anonymous):

n=223

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do u think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i checked and that doesnt work :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:-( hmm wait i'll try again

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you trying to say that he counted both in 11 and 9 or just 9? cause if he counted by 9s 223 then the statement becomes true.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

both of them
